Gary Dunn
Funeral Director
Gary Dunn is a resident of Hot Springs, Arkansas. He obtained his degree from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville and has been a licensed funeral director for 16 years. He is a member of the Airport Road Church of Christ and believes that the funeral profession is a ministry. He feels blessed to be able to give service to so many families in the Hot Springs area.

Randy Posey
Funeral Assistant
Randy Posey is a Funeral Assistant and has been a part of the Gross family since 2008. He has been a resident of Hot Springs for over 16 years. Randy received his Bachelor of Science degree in Pastoral Theology from Hyles-Anderson College and has been an ordained minister for 16 years. Randy enjoys serving families at Gross Funeral Home.

Nan Signorelli
Receptionist
Nan Signorelli relocated to Benton, AR from New Orleans after retiring from United Airlines. She is excited to be a part of the Gross family and equally excited at the opportunity to use her background in customer service to help others. Nan recently became an ordained minister which she feels has enlightened her to help people of all faiths endure the loss of a loved one.

Ben Walker
Funeral Home Manager
Ben Walker is a Arkadelphia native. He obtained his degree in mortuary science from Northwest Mississippi University and has been a licensed funeral director for twelve years. Ben has been a member of the Gross family since 2006 and recently became the manager. He currently lives in the Lake Hamilton area with his wife, Sonya, and son, Jack Henry. In his spare time, he loves to hunt and fish.

Funeral Assistant
Gene Watson is a native of Hot Springs, AR and has been a Funeral Assistant for over seven years. Gene believes the funeral profession is a ministry and that the greatest gift he can give to others is his service to them during their greatest time of sorrow.

Neil White
Funeral Director
Neil White has been a licensed Funeral Director for over 6 years. Even though Neil obtained his degree in mortuary science in 2006, he has been involved in the funeral industry most of his life; having been raised by parents that were both funeral directors. Neil feels blessed to be able to help families during one of the most difficult times of their lives.
